We offer this trip to all the children from Year 3 to Year 6 to taste and enjoy adventurous activities and to extend their great skills in physical activity. This trip has many benefits and one of them is that parents can have a weekend break without their children as we go from Friday to Monday!
It is also the cheapest time to go rather than throughout term time during the school week.
We stay at the PGL site at Barton Hall, Torquay we plan to offer the children a very wide choice of activities, which will include many of the following: Abseiling, Archery, Climbing, Aeroball, Zip wire, Giant Swing, Canoeing, Raft building & Trapeze. We will also introduce the children to the dry ski slope so that hopefully one day they will continue to learn the great sport of skiing.
The Centre has qualified Instructors for all the activities, which are fully supervised throughout. On the way to Torquay on Friday we will spend the day at Crealy Devon which will be a fun start to our activity weekend!
This unique week is shared with the goodwill of the accompanying staff who also like to join in too!
